The app has no user account or support database. PARA RAPIDO CORP cannot remotely access, recover, export, or delete PDFs or reading progress stored on your device.

• Confirm the file is a valid PDF and opens in Apple Files.
• Scanned image-only pages may not contain text that can be spoken.
• Encrypted, malformed, or unusually formatted PDFs may not extract correctly.
• Delete the local copy from the app and import the original again if appropriate.

• Choose another installed iPhone voice or adjust the reading-speed control.
• Check device volume, Silent Mode behavior, headphones, Bluetooth, and audio routing.
• Some premium system voices must be downloaded in iOS before they become available.
• Phone calls, alarms, other audio apps, and system interruptions can pause playback.

Imported PDFs, progress, bookmarks, voice choice, and playback speed are stored in the app's private container on the device. Deleting a PDF from PDFaroo removes the app's local copy, not the original file in Files or another provider.

Deleting the app removes its local container from that device, subject to Apple backup and device-transfer behavior.

The app may display optional consumable tips in its Support tab. Tips are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase, may be bought more than once, and do not unlock features, content, or priority support. They are not charitable or tax-deductible donations.

For purchase history or an eligible refund request, use Apple's purchase-support process. PARA RAPIDO CORP does not receive your payment card number or Apple Account password.
