• Download cloud-hosted files to the device before selecting them.
• iOS may not support every container, codec, audio track, or damaged file.
• Restart the app and select the original file again.

• Start playback before minimizing the player or leaving the app.
• Confirm Picture in Picture is allowed in iOS Settings.
• Device restrictions, interruptions, or an unsupported file may stop playback.

• Select a valid UTF-8 file ending in .srt.
• Subtitle timing must match the selected video.
• The app does not download, translate, or supply subtitle files.
